Submission Package: Please include the following with your nomination. 

  1.    Lot plan drawing

  2.    Elevation drawing/s

  3.    Floor plan drawing

  4.    Four exterior photos (taken 90° from each other)

     (If obstructions prohibit the taking of all of these photos, please attach an explanation.) 

By submitting this application to The New Mexico Collection, I/we represent that I/we  am/are of majority age, that I/we  am/are the owner or lessee of the above described property, that the above property is currently vacant or occupied by me/us, that I/we have full authority to grant access to the property and to allow the medallion of The New Mexico Collection to be permanently affixed to this property. 

I/We have read and agree to comply with the rules of The New Mexico Collection as they currently exist and as they from time to time may be amended. In addition to the rules, I/we agree as follows: 

1.       To allow The New Mexico Collection to place a sign/s on my property during the period that the property is in ACTIVE nominee status. 

2.       To allow The New Mexico Collection to publish the address and location of this property in print and/or electronic media including the Internet. 

3.       To allow The New Mexico Collection to photograph the interior and exterior of this property during the period that the property is in ACTIVE nominee status, and to release the photographs for publication in print or electronic media including the Internet without compensation. 

4.       To allow The New Mexico Collection to permanently affix the official award medallion to the above home in a conspicuous place near the primary entrance to the home if the home is permanently inducted into the collection.

5.       To allow The New Mexico Collection awards committee reasonable access to the property by appointment during the period that the property is in ACTIVE nominee status for the purpose of judging the entry, and to place the general interior of the home on display to the general public between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for three consecutive Saturdays during the active nomination period for the purposes of holding an “open house.” 

I/we agree to HOLD HARMLESS The New Mexico Collection, Marque Malan, Roger Cox & Associates Real Estate Brokerage LLC,  their heirs and assigns from any liability, loss, or damages resulting from or in consequence of my/our participation in The New Mexico Collection awards program. I/we further agree to maintain appropriate and adequate property and liability insurance coverage to cover any losses that may occur during my participation in The New Mexico Collection awards program, and I/we agree to maintain the property in an orderly and safe manner during the ACTIVE nomination period, especially during open house periods.
