Check my credit score. Federal law allows you you check your credit report once each year at each of these three credit reporting companies for free. If you stagger your requests, you can get one from each company every four months. Credit scores usually require a small fee. Marque Malan, the Real Estate Exchange, Jennifer Rasmussen, and National Wholesale Mortgage have an affiliated business arrangement. The Real Estate Exchange and its brokers and employees may receive a financial or other benefit by referring clients to Jennifer Rasmussen and/or National Wholesale Mortgage. Fees vary depending on the loan selected and the property financed. The mortgage broker fee is competitive with many of New Mexico's best mortgage lenders: between two and three percent of the loan amount. An application fee can be from zero to six hundred dollars.
